for the love of programming

Programming has grown into such an interesting industry. Through years of ingenuity and progress, we have come to a point where abstraction and third party libraries keep the internet afloat. I do not think this is an inherently bad thing, we all must stand atop the shoulders of giants, but at some point there are people who never learn where they are.

I want to learn where I am. I am a software engineer professionally, and a programmer by hobby. I also enjoy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and video games in general. I was too young to ever exist online in the 90's and early 2000's and that sense of community is what I am looking for.

I want to find creative ways to express myself utilizing what I learn, and eventually share my knowledge with others.
